Confidentiality: All reports are handled confidentially, and we respond promptly to address concerns.

3. Combating Inappropriate Content

Moderation: We actively monitor content and user behavior using automated systems and a dedicated moderation team.

Response to Violations: If content depicting minors in a sexual context or any signs of child exploitation are detected, we will:

• Immediately remove the content.
• Permanently ban the offending account.
• Report the incident to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the U.S. or similar local organizations, as required by law.

Compliance: These actions align with our published standards and applicable legal requirements.

4. Legal Compliance

Regulatory Adherence: Place And People fully complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including international and local regulations. We ensure that users can report content related to the exploitation of minors to NCMEC or equivalent organizations.
